Today, this morning after
we left you alone
in your bronze home
aside the dirt-mound,
cordoned off
by rope and flowers,
I expected to wake
to the incredible weightlessness
of cold and sorrow,
but instead
I rise to nothing
but extreme desire
and eternal yearning
to perform spectacular acts
of radical kindness.

That’s gorgeous. Would be a wonderful thing if we could see it this way always.
Thank you, Tiffany. —Chagall

Happy Tuesday.
Wonderful! You have such a way with words. The ending in particular is really powerful.
Thank you so much. You reached back to a post that was written 7 long years ago. I haven’t seen you in a while. I remember you as M…Q…, yes? Hoping you are healthy and safe. —CC
You’re welcome! Oh, you still remember me. Yes, I was Manniqueen. I’ve been absent for a while due to other priorities and work, but being in quarantine, I have more time for blogging and reading 🙂 I’m healthy and safe, thank you! I hope you are well too, wherever you are.
Yes – we are all well, distributed throughout and along the East Coast. I look forward to seeing us all at the light on the other side of this craziness. Health and peace, GG. —CC
I’m glad you are well. We’ll make it through somehow. Just hang in there. I also hope you’ll be inspired to write more. Take care and see you around!
