All, All The Time

I imagined once I would be here,
as surely as I remember that day
now, there upon a time yet living

Full Tones

now and then I end up
in this timeless morning
where memory and hope
reconcile to define me

I yearn for that
which I already have

longing for just a moment longer

I am best
when I am
in stark relief
against the world

I am the figure
or the ground

timeless life is art

Interjection

Here at the center of all creation, light must pass
through me to arrive on the other side

Überblick

Each sense has a cache of
residual reality
attention!
not memory at-work at all,
just dimming glows, we filter
the actual,
we choreograph the quintet,
low-capacity volatility,
mosaic,
iconic,
saccadic.

O’ What a Pair

I have an odd dynamic with my father-in-law:
He is a 90 year old man but a very new soul, whereas
I am merely half his age but my soul has traveled twice
by thrice his. Our interplays are often quite quirky.

Chakra

Infinitesimally minute circles of being
align, vortex along one malleable cortex.
I am distributed, I am a planetary system,
I hum prismatic with colors of sound primordial.

Stark Relief

Today while reading Figure and Ground, I highlight
passages that I do not want to remember.

Nothing But a Space-Time Thing

I am exhilarated by early morning and
the promise of timelessness
to experience life’s wonder.

Till evening song
when hours hang heavily and
I shift to the eternity of sky for bearing.

Nuance

In the subtle shift from
mimicry to knowing,
I dives deeper to be
among the weeds. Otherwise
I hovers.

The Interim

The lights are going out,
not forever – just for now.

We have coffee and tea,
we can make bread if need be,
sing, play cards …

Only for a little while,
only just for now.
