Ummm … I never thought about lots of dots in sentences before. I am probably breaking all sorts of rules with dots.
🙂 🙂 Some writers add more dots to their ellipses thinking it signifies a longer lapse in thought.

I’m sorry for not responding to this sooner! Thanks so much for the link. I did indeed take a look last month (where’d the time go?) and found it most interesting! Emily had her own subtle meanings in her use of dashes.
