Yes they ignore all the elements of microcosms – and children as they are evolving.
I thinking making small lives wonderful is enough activity to sustain one for a lifetime. By “small lives” I mean everyday lives, those we find all about us. And I use the term “small” endearingly. Effect happiness within ones purview. The microcosm is many-leveled, from family, to neighborhood, and on up. I think you need to start from the inside and work out.
It often helps to do it that way. but being flexible is important too.
Yes, to flexibility. Krishnamurti considered that change can be instantaneous at the individual level, through conscious assertion of such change. You are very welcome. I hope you have opportunity to give him a listen, on this and other topics. Especially fascinating are his dialogues with David Bohm, theoretical quantum physicist, on the nature of reality versus actuality, and the distinctions between those.
